Straight side and non-skirted end rails, formed long sills and 24” crossmember spacing standard. All other specifications are identical to the Value-Master X™. The Heavy Hauler Junior™ is a value priced platform with external pockets and tie down rail. Features distinctive tail-skirt styling, engineered for hoist and non-hoist applications. Available 9’ through 26’ length for all dual wheeled chassis. The Value-Master-X™ is a value priced heavy duty platform with distinctive tail skirt styling, engineered for hoist and non-hoist applications. Available in 7’ through 26’ lengths, for all size chassis. The Pacesetter-X™ is the “top of the line” heavy duty platform, highly featured, and distinctively styled. Engineered for hoist and non-hoist applications, in lengths of 7’ through 26’ for all chassis sizes. Side Packages Stake Racks Choice of interlocking clip or “Quiet Latch” model stake racks. Platforms feature rugged, fully hemmed steel slats (wood slats also available), and steel stakes. Racks are completely immersed in electro deposition epoxy prime paint then powder coated with a durable black finish. Solid Stake Sides Choice of 40”, or 52” high, one piece, 14 gauge sides with stakes that adapt to the platform of your choice. Optional 40” or 52” high double-opening rear doors available. Ideally suited for bulk hauling applications such as roofers, landscapers, tree trimmers and chippers, trash haulers, etc… E-Z Loader Contractor Package Models to fit Pacesetter and Value-Master platforms 8’5” through 12’5” in length. Sides and tailgate fold down for complete access to platform when loading. Double-acting tailgate with metering chains also opens from the bottom; used with Knaphoist for spreading sand or gravel. Stake pocket model bulkhead included standard. Ideally suited for landscape nurseries, contractors, municipalities, pallet loading, or one ton super duty applications due to extreme loading heights. Stationary Side Contractor Package Fits Value-Master-X, Pacesetter, and Cargo Hauler platforms through 16’ in length. Standard with 14” high sides and stake pocket model bulkhead. Exclusive “Quick Remove” tailgate may be lowered and chained parallel to the ground, dropped down, or completely removed. Bulkheads Stake Pocket Bulkhead The Stake Pocket Bulkhead is recommended for use with stake racks in lieu of a standard stake front. Bulkhead stakes fit platform front stake pockets. Features include rust-resistant punched window (instead of expanded metal commonly used), and material gauges to 11 gauge high strength (9 gauge equivalent). Permanently Installed Bulkhead The Permanently Installed Bulkhead is recommended on platforms with bulkhead only, although it may be used with stake racks. 3” structural intermediate posts secure bulkhead to platform long sills. One-piece box section corner posts mate to front of platform. “Knee-brace” gussets weld to underside of platform side rail for added support. Bulkhead includes rust resistant punched window.
