General Features
The Trip-Edge configuration is the most effective design…
Allows user to plow and stack more snow
Blade stays upright, snow stays put unlike full trip blades that lay down
Plow as much snow as the truck can handle, not slowed down by blade limitations
Utilizes compression springs that last longer than extension springs which require frequent adjustments.
STORM GUARD™ powder coating process…
- Applied to all FISHER® snowplows, provides industry-best protection against wear and rust.
- Pre-Treatment Includes:
- 8 WHEEL SHOT-BLASTER to remove mill scale and profile steel surfaces for optimum adhesion
- MULTI, 8 - STAGE WASH is entirely automated for consistency and provides a superior surface preparation for enhanced corrosion resistance
- Automated climate controlled powder booths provide uniform coverage to all surfaces.
Intensefire™ Lighting…
- Reflector optics designed to provide operator smooth, wide beam pattern with minimal glare above lamp during snowfall
- Tough, hard-coated plastic lens provides excellent impact resistance in coldest of temperatures
- 10,000 hour, 4157NAK, long-life Park/Turn/DRL bulb utilizes Krypton gas to increase bulb life and minimize bulb replacement over life of the lamp
- Tough, impact resistant polycarbonate housing and cover resists breakage and provides safe environment for bulbs and electrical connections
- Robust, two stud mounting keeps lamp in it’s original mounting position when subjected to the harshest shock and vibration forces, eliminating the need for re-aim
Vibration dampening grommet provides vibration barrier between plow frame and bulb filaments reducing threat of bulb failure
