| Dejana’s new 12’ DuraCube Max Van Bodies offer maximum versatility, flexibility and utility! Available for 80” CA, Dual Rear Wheel (DRW) cutaway chassis, these units offer a variety of premium features as standard components, so they are able to withstand the demands of a rugged day-to-day work environment.
The craftsmanship behind the DuraCube Max must be seen to be appreciated. The heavy-duty design and convenient features clearly separate this unit from others in its class. The standard package offers 4 doors per side with 1-24” vertical compartment, 2-37.5” horizontal compartments and 1-17” vertical compartment in the rear. All compartments feature industrial door handles, heavy-duty hinges with grease fittings and stainless steel fasteners. The doors feature dual contact point door seals (on door and frame) for optimal sealing capability and heavy-duty door frames and chains with 180° drop down for easy access deep into the compartment. There are two shelves in each vertical compartment and 2 shelves with dividers in each horizontal compartment. The vertical compartment shelving is mounted on a Unistrut track system so it is infinitely adjustable to accommodate tools, cylinders and storage requirements. Convenient, “70/30” split rear doors provide rear access to the cargo area. The “70” side is great for routine access, while the “30” side is there for those times when large items need to be loaded and unloaded. When both are opened, the opening width is a convenient 50”. The DuraCube Max has a low floor height for easy rear entry and a spacious interior that has 12’2” long by 49” wide of usable floor space with a 6’6” interior height. A sliding cab access door and a 36” attic peak is optionally available for storage above the cab. The cargo area also comes with 12’ x 20” heavy-duty shelving on height adjustable Unistrut tracks and galvanized anti-snag roof bows on 16” centers.
